* WHERE...Little River at Newborn Road near Newborn.
* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding begins of woodlands and the natural flood plain of the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on Newborn Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 PM EST Monday the stage was 11.9 feet and rising slowly. - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location. - Flood stage is 12 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MORGAN, GA ... NEWTON, GA
