Winter Weather Advisory for Tuesday, 3-5 inches of snow forecasted, NO change to trash and recycling schedules 
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the area from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday. Forecasted snow totals are 3 to 5 inches.
Briefly heavy snow will be possible around the time of the morning commute, with snowfall rates of up to 1 inch per hour possible. There is uncertainty regarding snow amounts and how efficiently the snow will accumulate on roads, given mild temperatures with precipitation starting as rain overnight.
Strong gusty winds combined with a heavy wet snow could lead to some downed trees and power outages.
