North Carolina man arrested on DUI charge. 
On February 10, 2024, at 11:05 p.m. Deputy Wyatt Hunt conducted a traffic stop on a White 2020 Ford Transit Van after observing it failing to maintain it’s lane of travel on State Road 64 near County Road 350 East. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Hunt detected signs of impairment coming from the driver 47 year old Benjamin Robertson of Kenston, North Carolina. At that point Deputy Hunt began a roadside OWI investigation that resulted in Mr. Robertson being taking into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Jail Mr. Robertson was charged with Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated.
Assisting Deputy Hunt in his investigation was Deputy Bart Wagner and Indiana State Trooper Tanner Hurley.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
