* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph creating low visibility below a half mile at times.
* WHERE...Upper Kobuk Valleys and Lower Koyukuk Valley and along upslope favored areas.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 3 PM AKST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER KOBUK VALLEYS ... LOWER KOYUKUK VALLEY
