Activity for February 12, 2024:
- Officer Goings and Officer Hogan were dispatched to the 400 block of South Elm Avenue for a civil standby. A 34-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Officer Fugate investigated a larceny that took place in the 200 block of Wall Street.
- Sergeant Kruso was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of First Street. A 41-year-old female was arrested for home invasion and domestic assault.
- Officers visited schools during the day.
- Sergeant Ganzhorn and Officer Fugate assisted City Inspection with an administrative search warrant in the 1400 block of Teneyck Street.
- Sergeant Ganzhorn and Sergeant Mosier assisted Lenawee County with the arrest of a homicide suspect in the 1200 block of Laurel Lane; the subject was turned over to Lenawee County deputies.
- Officer Albrecht and Officer Jones responded to the 100 block of North Dwight Street for a domestic situation. A 42-year-old male was arrested for resisting and obstructing, and multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Domestic assault charges will be sought on the male.
- Officer Tripp made contact with a subject in the 1400 block of Teneyck Street. A 58-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop near Floral Avenue and North Elm Avenue. The 24-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
