Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville affecting Crawford, Upson, Talbot and Taylor Counties. Flint River at Woolsey Road near Woolsey affecting Spalding, Fayette and Clayton Counties. Line Creek near Senoia affecting Spalding, Fayette and Coweta Counties. Flint River near Thomaston affecting Upson and Talbot Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Flint River below Big Branch near Molena.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding of the natural flood plain near the gage location begins. Flooding continues to expand into the agricultural and wooded areas downstream from the gage near the Georgia Highway 74 bridge. Elevated homes in this location will see a foot or two of water underneath them.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM EST Tuesday the stage was 27 feet and rising slowly. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 28.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 28 feet.
