2/13 - 8:26 p.m. - Heather M. Schwartz, 49 of Belleville, arrested on two outstanding St. Clair County traffic warrants. She was also cited for Driving While Suspended, Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended, and Operation of Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred in the 500 block of West Washington Street.
