Free pop-up vaccine clinic and COVID-19 test kit distribution
The Hoboken Health Division and Hudson Regional Health Commission (HRHC) are hosting a COVID-19 and flu vaccine pop-up clinic tomorrow, Feb. 15, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Multi-Service Center, 124 Grand St. Appointments can be made at: https://www.hudsoncovidvax.org. In partnership with Save Latin America, $25 gift cards to Walmart or Shoprite will be given to vaccine recipients, while supplies last.
Residents can pick up free COVID-19 testing kits, while supplies last, on Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. through the end of this month at the Multi-Service Center, 124 Grand St. For more Information call (201) 420-2375.
Period product drive
The Office of Constituent Services, in partnership with a local Girl Scout, is holding a period product drive. Residents are encouraged to donate unopened packages of menstrual products, including pads and tampons, at City Hall, 94 Washington St., weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through March 15. The drive is meant to combat period poverty in the community. Recent research by the Flow Initiative found that one in three Hudson County students struggle to afford menstrual products.Other drop-off locations include:

CarePoint Health will be at the Multi-Service Center, 124 Grand St., on Wednesday, Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. through 12 p.m. for Valentine's themed senior bingo and wellness checks for all. Brain Health Workshop
Residents are invited to the 2024 Brain Health Lunch and Learn Workshops at Fox Hill Gardens, 311 13th St. Three workshops are scheduled beginning March 1, to discuss issues related to dementia, mental health, and aging. Participants will be connected with services in the community including the Act Now Foundation and the City of Hoboken social workers. Lunch will be provided at each workshop by the Hoboken Housing Authority, and they will take place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates:
- Friday, March 1 - The 3W's of Alzheimer's
- Thursday, May 23 - Depression & isolation in older adults
- Friday, July 26 - Sleep & Older Adults

Free eye clinic
The Hoboken Office of Constituent Services is partnering with the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI) to bring an eye clinic to Hoboken on Wednesday, March 6, at the Multi Service Center, 124 Grand St. Project B.E.S.T (Better Eye-health Services and Treatment) will offer free eye screenings to residents beginning at 10 a.m. Registration is required, and appointments can be made by calling (201) 420-2063.Address/Location
