Sheriff Ricky T. Buchanan and the staff at the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office would like to say thank you to our SROs! Your hard work and dedication to the students and staff of the McDowell County Schools is greatly appreciated. We’d specifically like to recognize the role they played in the Sheriff’s Office’s very first Kid’s ‘N Cops Camp last summer. It is because of you that our children have a safer environment to learn and grow!
