Sgt. Loren Barchett attends Advanced Field Training Officer training. 
Sgt. Loren Barchett completed the two-day advanced field training course at Newburgh. This class is designed to further the training skills of police officers who train probationary officers.
Field training officers or FTO’s are partnered with new police officers or deputies to train them in the field. This class is an enhancement to training Sgt. Barchett has already received.
He regularly trains newly hired deputies as part of his assigned duties.
