To Janesville Residents,
**UPDATE**
As of February 16, 2024, the Janesville Police Department and Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections jointly received information and verified Kevin Spaulding provided misleading information on his residence. Mr. Spaulding will not be living at 1816 Green Valley Dr.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Kevin W Spaulding, 59 years old, will be moving to 1816 Green Valley Dr, Janesville, WI 53546.
Spaulding was convicted of the following:
- Third-Degree Sexual Assault in 1990
- First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child 1993
- First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2007.
Spaulding is a lifetime registrant which requires him to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry and must comply with GPS monitoring; no contact with prior victims; no contact with anyone under 18 without prior Agent approval; shall not be present in locations frequented by minors; and must comply with all requirements and registrant of WI sex offender registry.
Notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
