Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult in the city of Pico Rivera.
Deputies from Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Station responded to the 4200 block of Rosemead Boulevard in the city of Pico Rivera regarding a gunshot victim call for service.
The incident occurred on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at approximately 12:03 AM.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, a Hispanic male, 44 years of age, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his upper torso. The victim was transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased.
The identity and cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The investigation is ongoing, and currently, there is no additional information available.
