* WHAT...Southwest winds 50 to 70 mph with gusts up to 85 mph possible.

* WHERE...Western Aleutians, including Attu, Shemya, and Amchitka.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A deepening low is forecast to shift across the Western Bering through Wednesday. Anticipate sustained west to southwest winds up to 70mph with highest gusts up to 85mph expected by Wednesday morning.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN ALEUTIANS
