HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Southwest winds 40 to 55 mph with gusts up to 80 mph possible.
* WHERE...Central Aleutians, including Adak and Atka.
* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property,
and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A deepening low is forecast to shift across
the Western Bering through Thursday. Anticipate sustained west
to southwest winds 40-55mph with highest gusts up to 80mph by
Wednesday afternoon.
