30-minute delays at Agate Pass Bridge Feb. 20-23 for WSDOT daytime bridge cleaning from 9am-2pm
Add at least 30 minutes to travel SR 305 Agate Pass Bridge for daytime work Feb. 20-23
Travelers are reminded to plan for four days of significant daytime congestion approaching the State Route 305 Agate Pass Bridge Feb. 20-23.
Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) crews will reduce the span to one-way alternating traffic during daytime hours for annual bridge maintenance.
Work schedule
- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, through Friday, Feb. 23
- Single-lane alternating traffic on the bridge.
- At least 30 minutes of additional travel time in each direction.
- Law enforcement officers will direct traffic at the intersection of SR 305 and Suquamish Way Northeast.
- Add extra travel time to help prevent delays especially for those traveling to the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal.
- Consider postponing discretionary trips.
- Travel early in the morning or later in the afternoon.
Annual bridge cleaning helps keep the span in good working order.
