Red Flag Warning until 07:00PM Wednesday 
...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING ACROSS MOST OF NORTHEASTERN, EAST-CENTRAL, AND CENTRAL, DUE TO LOW HUMIDITY, STRONG WINDS, AND ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES... .An upper level disturbance will bring strong westerly to southwesterly winds Wednesday afternoon and early evening that will combine with above normal temperatures, an unstable atmosphere, and low humidity to produce widespread critical fire weather conditions. Single-digit humidity will be possible in eastern NM. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM MST Wednesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Plains (Zone 104), Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), East Central Plains (Zone 126), Central Highlands (Zone 125), Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone 124), Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106), and Wednesday afternoon and early evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...West to southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 15 percent
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHEAST PLAINS ... MIDDLE RIO GRANDE VALLEY ... NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS ... SANDIA AND MANZANO MOUNTAINS ... CENTRAL HIGHLANDS ... EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
