Witherspoon Street Road Closure 
Two gas services are being installed at the corner of Franklin Avenue and Witherspoon Street today. The intersection will be completely CLOSED between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Witherspoon Street will be closed just north of Clay Street and just south of Franklin Avenue to allow access to local residents. Witherspoon Street will remain open southbound for traffic exiting Clay Street.
Trucks will not be allowed down Witherspoon Street during the closure. Trucks MUST detour down Wiggins Street or Paul Robeson Place. Please follow the posted detour signs.
