* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Falling snow in combination with strong winds could cause significantly reduced visibility at times. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will continue to increase through this evening, with the highest winds expected after midnight tonight through late Wednesday morning. Snowfall in combination with increasing winds is expected to reduce visibility by this evening, ahead of when the peak winds are expected to arrive.
