The victim who succumbed to his injuries has been identified as Charles Keenan.

Wilmington Police are investigating a single-vehicle fatal motor vehicle accident that took place at approximately 7:55 a.m. in the 200 block of South Market Street.
Police located the driver of the vehicle, a 63-year-old male, who was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
While the investigation is ongoing in conjunction with the Delaware Division of Forensic Sciences, it is believed at this time that the driver experienced a medical emergency that caused the crash and resulted in his death.
