Nelson Tree Service needs to remove some tree debris that exists on Little Town Lane. Nelson Tree is removing this debris as part of NYSEG’S tree maintenance program.  In order to perform this work Nelson Tree will need to close Little Town Lane to traffic for an estimated 8 hour period of time.  Nelson Tree is planning to accomplish this work of Monday, February 26. 2024. Work will begin at 7:30AM and last until 4:30PM (+/-). Nelson Tree will open the road to traffic at 8:30 AM to 9 AM, again at 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM to allow residents / school buses to transit the road. Otherwise the road will be closed to traffic as tree removal work proceeds (emergency vehicles such as fire trucks or police cruisers excepted.)  Please note that the date of the work is subject to change in the event of adverse weather conditions.
