Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On February 13, at approximately 1:20 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 1200 block of West 4th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 34-year-old Edward Robinson, who was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of 3.1 grams of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Robinson has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution pending further proceedings.
