WARNING OF TOWN MEETING The residents of the Town of Sherman are hereby warned and notified that a Town Meeting will be held in person at Mallory Town Hall on Wednesday, February 21, at 6pm to act on the following matters:

1. To authorize an appropriation not-to-exceed $76,225 from the capital non-recurring fund to be used as payment to SEVENTY2ARCHITECTS,LLC for pre-referendum architectural services for a new senior center

2. To authorize retroactively an appropriation of $9,544 from the capital non-recurring fund for the emergency installation of a Fujitsu mini-split AC/heater unit in the Sherman Scout House

3. To authorize an appropriation not to exceed $5000 from the capital non-recurring fund towards the purchase of new tires for SVFD’s engine # 2

4. To authorize an appropriation not to exceed $5,000 from the capital non-recurring fund for the purchase of new Cam Superline 7 by 14 Tandem Axle Utility/Landscape trailer for public works

5. To authorize an appropriation not to exceed $2,300 from the capital non-recurring fund forfunding of set-up costs toward a Town website
