SUSPECT(S): Jorge Villa Gutierrez, 30-year-old resident of Rancho Cucamonga

SUMMARY: Between late 2023 and February 2024, the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department received We-Tip reports and additional information from the public regarding suspicious activity at a residence in the 7500 block of Lockhaven Avenue. Much of the information received indicated the residence on Lockhaven Avenue was affecting the quality of life in the neighborhood.
On January 31, 2024, deputies responded to the residence on Lockhaven Avenue for reports of an unknown male suspect who had shot at the residence. During the investigation, the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) and detectives served a search warrant at the residence, which led to the arrest of Jorge Villa Gutierrez for prostitution.
Gutierrez was booked at West Valley Detention Center for PC647(b)(2) - Prostitution.
The shooting suspect has not yet been identified but is believed to be related to prostitution activity at the residence.
