Prince George County is aware of an issue impacting AT&T/Firstnet customers from making and receiving any phone calls (including 9-1-1).

The Prince George Emergency 911 Center is still operational.

If you are an AT&T/Firstnet customer and cannot get through to 9-1-1, then please try calling from a landline or attempt a text message to 9-1-1. If that is not an option, then try to get ahold of someone who is a customer of a different carrier to call on your behalf. 

We are actively engaged and monitoring this problem closely. Please do not call or text 9-1-1 to test your phone service.
