Winter Weather Advisory until 10:00AM

* WHAT...Snow. Snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. Up to 6 inches of snow accumulation possible on the Upper Hillside of Anchorage and higher elevations of Eagle River.

* WHERE...Anchorage.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Plan on slippery road conditions. Snow may impact the morning commute. Visibility may be significantly reduced in heavy snow bands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Bands of moderate to heavy snow are expected across the Anchorage Bowl for the morning commute. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible in the heavier snow bands. Visibility may be reduced to as low as one quarter mile in heavier snow. The best chance for heavy snowfall will be from the Seward Highway east.
