If you are experiencing service issues and you cannot get through to 911, please check to ensure your WiFi calling is enabled and try to find a source of WiFi. If you cannot access WiFi, please try using a landline or try to get ahold of a family member, friend, or neighbor who is a customer of a different carrier and ask them to call 911 on your behalf. You can call our administrative lines at 972-495-2271 option 2 or 972-495-2005.
Please do not call or text 911 simply to test your phone service. We will continue to monitor the situation and post any updates as necessary.
