Nationwide AT&T cellular phone outage 
There is a nationwide AT&T service outage this morning. All AT&T customers are unable to make any calls, including 911 calls via cell service. Customers of some other carriers, including Verizon and T-Mobile, are also reporting loss of service.
AT&T customers can call 911 via wifi or by using SOS mode in the event of an emergency.
