2/28 City Council Meeting Public Presentation – Proposed Porta Restaurant Expansion & 614 Cookman Redevelopment Plan Amendment Requests 
Public presentations will be made at the February 28, 2024 City Council meeting at 6pm regarding the proposed expansion of Porta restaurant (911 Kingsley Street) at Kingsley Street, Second Avenue and First Avenue, and a proposed amendment to the CBD Redevelopment Plan to permit a recording studio at 614 Cookman Avenue.
