• Phased street parking closures on the south side of 4th Street from Ross to French streets for OC Streetcar landscaping

Thursday, February 22, through Friday, February 23

• Street closure on First Street between Standard and Grand avenues for First Street Slope Stabilization Project

  • 8 p.m. - 6 a.m.

Saturday, February 24

• East End Promenade 

  • Event hours: 12-7 p.m.

Sunday, February 25

• Plaza Calle Cuatro 

  • Event hours: 1-5 p.m.

Through February 29

• Lane reductions eastbound on Westminster Ave. between Newhope St. and Harbor Blvd. for road work

  • 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily

• Lane reductions on Fairview St. between MacArthur Blvd. and Alton Ave. for road work

  • 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily
