Deputies Apprehend Vandalism Suspects After Concerned Citizen Reports the Incident

SUSPECT(S): Ty Aguirre, Age 21, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga
Devin Bush, Age 20, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): City of Rancho Cucamonga
SUMMARY: On February 22, 2024, at approximately 1:59 A.M., a Rancho Cucamonga deputy was flagged down by a concerned citizen. The citizen reported two subjects had just vandalized a wall. When the deputy checked the area, the suspects fled on foot. The two subjects, later identified as Ty Aguirre and Devin Bush, were found hiding under a tree near the dumpster area where the vandalism had occurred. Two spray paint cans were found next to them.
Aguirre and Bush were arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center for PC 594-Vandalism.
