1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1427) 100 Block of East Eighth Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 34, was in the listed area when four suspects with objects attacked him. The victim could not provide suspect information. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
2. Armed Robbery (1630) 400 Block of South Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 44, was walking in the listed area when the suspects approached. One suspect pointed a handgun at the victim, and a second suspect stole his property. The suspects fled in a red sedan. SUSPECTS: Black male adult and a Hispanic male adult.
3. Weapons Arrest (1942) Tuxedo Avenue and Pershing Avenue, Civic District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop near the listed area. The driver admitted to having a firearm in his vehicle and was arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Jeffrey Walters, 50, for driving under the influence and weapons charges.
