The Tonkawa Public Works will replace a utility pole in the area of N. Pine Street and E. North Avenue. This operation will cause there to be a brief power outage, as a result. The areas affected are all utilities north of E. North Avenue from N. Pine Street to (Blackwell) S. Main Street.
