The City of East Lansing is aware of a Board of Water and Light (BWL) outage that is also affecting traffic signal lights at several intersections in the City, including those at Michigan Avenue/Harrison Road, Harrison Road/Grand River Avenue and Michigan Avenue/Grand River Avenue. Motorists should treat these intersections as a four-way stop and proceed cautiously.
