2/21 - 11:10 p.m. - Millstadt Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Jefferson Street. One of the occupants, Christopher J. Hagen, age 48 of Lenzburg, was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, through St. Clair County. During the course of the investigation, suspected methamhetamine was found. On February 23rd the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office charged Hagen with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine; a Class 3 Felony; Category B Offense.
