1. Resisting Arrest (0715) 2200 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
The female victim, 40, was physically assaulted by the suspect. Arriving officers located the suspect, and he refused their commands. The suspect was taken to the ground and handcuffed without further incident. The victim declined medical treatment. ARRESTED: Eric Alvarez 36, for assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and resisting arrest.
2. Resisting Arrest (1204) 900 Block of Spring Oak Way, Lakeview District
The male victim, 42, reported that he was assaulted. The responding officers located the victim and suspect. When the officers attempted to arrest the suspect, she pulled away and was forced to the ground. Both parties declined medical treatment. ARRESTED: Jennilee Vannes, 41 for resisting arrest and battery.
