* WHAT...Heavy Snow and High Winds possible. There is a 70 percent or greater chance of 10-15" of snow in mountain elevations. Winds could reach as high as 45-50 mph sustained with gusts up to 70mph.

* WHERE...Portions of Elko County, Ruby Mountains, East Humboldt Range, Copper Mountains, and Jarbidge Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 4 am Tuesday.

* IMPACTS... Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
