The male victim, 66, was sitting in his wheelchair; the suspect approached, pulled him out of the chair, and stole his property. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.

2. Armed Robbery (1642) 5300 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District

The male victim, 55, was working at an area business when the suspects entered the business. One of the suspects brandished a firearm while two others stole merchandise. The suspects fled, and officers deployed a canine to apprehend one of the suspects, who was in possession of a loaded firearm and ammunition. A second suspect was taken into custody without incident, and the third female suspect is outstanding. ARRESTED: Two black males, 14 and 16, for robbery, resisting arrest, vandalism, and weapons charges.

3. Pursuit Arrest (1816) Precissi Lane and March Lane, Lakeview District

Officers attempted to stop a vehicle leaving an area business. The vehicle failed to yield, leading officers on a short pursuit. The driver stopped, fled on foot, and was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Ronnie Lea, 51, for evading, weapons charges, and outstanding warrants, and Jennifer Lasoya, 32, for outstanding warrants.

4. Carjacking (1940) 400 Block of Shasta Avenue, Park District

The female victim, 29, was near the listed area when the suspect forced her out of her vehicle and stole her vehicle. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.

5. Weapons Arrest (2200) 1400 Block of Occidental Avenue, Civic District

The female victim, 29, was near the listed area when the suspect brandished a firearm. Officers located the suspect and detained him and recovered a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Devin Garcia, 28, for weapons charges.

6. Resisting Arrest (0210) 3900 Block of Bridlewood Circle, Lakeview District

Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a disturbance. The suspect was intoxicated, and as officers attempted to detain him, he placed his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest. A taser was deployed to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Isham Jaysura, 43, for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

7. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0335) San Joaquin Street and Rose Street, Civic District

The male victim, 39, was near the listed area when the suspect fired several gunshots from a vehicle and chased after him. No injuries were reported. SUSPECT: No suspect information.
