* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. Travel is discouraged.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE
