* WHERE...Northern Elko County.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Travel is discouraged.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN ELKO COUNTY
