* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rain/snow mix will initially start Monday morning. The main impacts are expected Monday evening and night as snow levels quickly drop to valleys floors along with gusty winds causing blowing snow/drifting snow.
