* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 3 to 6 inches. Winds 40 to 60 mph. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Additional accumulations of 8 to 16 inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.

* WHERE...Western Mosquito Range/East Lake County Above 11000 Feet, Western Chaffee County Between 9000 and 11000 Feet and Upper Rio Grande Valley/Eastern San Juan Mountains Below 10000 Feet Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 5 PM MST Monday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 PM Monday to 11 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
