* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 to 20 percent
* FUELS...Critically dry
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Any outdoor activity that could produce flames or sparks is discouraged.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FISHER ... NOLAN ... STERLING ... COKE ... HASKELL ... THROCKMORTON ... JONES ... TAYLOR
