On Wednesday February 21, 2024 at approximately 7:30 a.m. the Harper Woods Police Department located and arrested a 63 year old Detroit resident in the 21000 block of Brierstone. The arrested suspect allegedly entered an open garage on Brierstone and stole a bicycle. The bicycle was recovered as well as a Stihl leaf blower. The victim of the bicycle theft does not believe the leaf blower came from his garage. Detectives believe the leaf blower was stolen from another property in the area.
