* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 8 PM MST this evening. The strongest winds are expected mid day.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. Short duration blowing snow resulting in low visibility is possible near mid day and early afternoon above 7,500 feet.
