* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 060.Fire weather zones 053 and 054.
* WIND...15 to 20 MPH gusting to 30 MPH.
* HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
