Wilmington Police share advisory regarding DelDOT closure of Walnut Street Bridge this week: 
The Wilmington Police Department is sharing an announcement issued by the City of Wilmington last week, in reference to a DelDOT project and road closure impacting a key entry point to the City:
The Walnut Street Bridge will close to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic between A Street and East Front Street for preventative maintenance beginning Monday, February 26 and ending on Sunday, March 3. A detour will be posted. The work is weather dependent, and motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
