Red Flag Warning until 08:00PM Tuesday 
The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 8 PM CST this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of extreme north-central Arkansas.
* WIND...Southwest to west-southwest winds between 15 and 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Between 20 and 25 percent expected.
* TEMPERATURES...Mid to upper 80s.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MARION ... BAXTER ... BOONE COUNTY EXCEPT SOUTHWEST ... BOONE COUNTY HIGHER ELEVATIONS
