* WHERE...In New York, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties.
* WHEN...From 2 PM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty south to southwest winds will develop ahead of a cold front Wednesday afternoon. The front may be accompanied by sudden stronger wind gusts, with winds shifting to the west in its wake. Winds will remain strong and gusty well into the night, as much colder air also quickly moves into the area.
