Green Bay Police Respond to Crash Involving Power Pole at S. Ashland Ave. & Seymour Ct.; Drivers Asked to Detour
The Green Bay Police Department is asking drivers to detour around a single vehicle crash at the intersection of S. Ashland Avenue and Seymour Court. No injuries have been reported.
Officers were dispatched to the scene on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, just before 2:15 p.m. for a truck that had struck a power pole, which has also caused traffic light outages in the immediate area. If drivers come upon a traffic light outage, please treat this as a four-way stop.
Drivers are asked to use South Broadway as a detour. There will be temporary closures at Clinton Street and School Place.
Utility crew workers are expected to be on scene for several hours.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
