If in need of shelter from the storms the City Hall basement will be open until storms have diminished.  The Storm Prediction Center upgraded the Tri-State to and Enhanced Risk (3 on a scale of 5) for severe weather Tuesday night into early Wednesday. Damaging winds of 70mph, very large hail and tornadoes, a few of which may be strong, are all possible as a cold front pushes through overnight. Timing for the storms will be from 8pm to around 6am Wednesday morning.
